My service is fully tailored to you as an individual and I practice using a holistic approach that will systematically address all your concerns with an aim to give you the transformation you’re looking for.

My goal is to help you:

  • stabilise your energy levels, your metabolic health, and your mood

  • empower you with information to make informed decisions about food

  • feel happier in your body

  • implement mindset techniques to achieve your goals

  • manage body weight

Throughout my bespoke 8 week nutrition programme we will implement small, achievable changes to create long term, sustainable lifestyle shifts. We will work closely together through weekly face to face check-ins where we will review your progress and reassess as we need to in order to meet your health and nutrition goals. 

Our time together will start with an in depth nutrition and health history questionnaire along with a 7 day diet and symptom diary, both of which we will review at our first weekly check-in.

Working with Claire has been transformational and I don’t say that lightly. I entered the coaching sessions with a little bit of hesitancy and uncertainty as although I felt my diet was relatively well balanced, I was suffering badly with PMS symptoms and in all honesty didn’t think things would change through nutrition. How wrong I was! Claire’s openness and warmth and positivity quickly put me at ease and her excellent conversational style easily led us onto the right path. Almost instantly I have slept better than I have for years and for the past 3-4 months have had no PMS symptoms worth mentioning. An even better side-effect is the improvement in my running that came from the improved energy and mindset.⁣ I was going to say I feel like a new person but I actually feel just 100% myself - thank you Claire, you are a magic-weaver!

  3. we looked at her meals and made sure she was getting enough nourishing meals to stabilise energy levels, and focused on anti inflammatory foods around her PMS phase to reduce her symptoms

An investment in myself that was so worth the money. I already exercised and tracked food so didn’t understand why I couldn’t control my snacking or lose weight and instead kept steadily getting larger. ⁣The nutritional understanding I now have has completely changed my eating habits for the better, my snacking is under control and my size is now steadily reducing.

So, how did we do it?

⁣We focused on highly nutritious foods which were going to give this extremely active lady the most energy and improve recovery, whilst at the same time reducing higher calorie, processed foods which weren’t benefitting her and actually draining energy! Small, manageable tweaks which were able to fit in with this ladies busy lifestyle. This is key!
