Throughout my bespoke 8 week nutrition programme we will implement small, achievable changes to create long term, sustainable lifestyle shifts. We will work closely together through weekly face to face check-ins where we will review your progress and reassess as we need to in order to meet your health and nutrition goals.
Our time together will start with an in depth nutrition and health history questionnaire along with a 7 day diet and symptom diary, both of which we will review at our first weekly check-in.

zero low energy levels, especially around her menstrual cycle
snacking on lots of sugary snacks
felt stuck as her fluctuating emotions were severely impacting her day to day life

So, how did she make these changes?
we started by looking at her snacks and made sure that she would preempt any energy dip by introducing a high protein/ high fibre whole food snack every afternoon.
we created a super productive morning routine which enabled her to start her day with intention and feeling positive
we looked at her meals and made sure she was getting enough nourishing meals to stabilise energy levels, and focused on anti inflammatory foods around her PMS phase to reduce her symptoms

So, how did we do it?
We focused on highly nutritious foods which were going to give this extremely active lady the most energy and improve recovery, whilst at the same time reducing higher calorie, processed foods which weren’t benefitting her and actually draining energy! Small, manageable tweaks which were able to fit in with this ladies busy lifestyle. This is key!
